Welcome to a classroom lively with intellectual discussion and debate, where every voice is valued and every idea is explored.
My expectations for my students? A successful student will:
- read every reading assignment. It is impossible to participate in class discussion if you have not.
- engage thoughtfully and critically in our classroom discussions. Remember, your analysis of literature is just as valid as mine as long as you can support your argument.
- write, edit, and rewrite. Producing quality work is a messy process, but we will persevere together to create our best expository, persuasive, analytical, and creative writing.
